Yup. Exactly.
As things continue to unravel I expect we’ll see more and more states reacting this way to federal court decisions/fiats. Let’s hope some governors lead the way in kicking the feds out of their states.

Try the judge for sodomy. Antisodomy laws are still on the books in the states. Defy the feds, arreat their judge, tey him for sodomy using that flag he’s flying at the courthouse as evidence….that is what the states need to do.
