I would like to know what happened in Mississippi for Republicans to lose so many seats. Was there a wave of Hispanic migration? Or, did the Republicans blow it?

It’s just not correct, from what I’ve always understood about vexillological protocols.
Animals are to be armorial bearers, and on the crest, above the escutcheon, but not on flags.
