I certainly won’t eat at one ever again.
Sad, because I remember when they were both a decent restaurant specializing in good old American cuisine, and when their store cold great classic country CDs, and old-fashioned candies and chocolates.
They started to move away from that model long before recent embracing of Alphabetism and Wokeness.
Now, they’re completely beyond hope.
May they shut down.

I liked their chicken pot pie. But they only served it on Wednesdays, and only at lunch. I could only eat it when on vacation. So basically, a restaurant only for retired old people. I’m sure some old retired couple somewhere was just itchin’ to rock in a gay rockin’ chair. lol.

I liked their pulled pork and turnip greens, when they still did pulled pork.
They stopped doing it after everyone else started serving it, too.
That irked me.

I ate there once. I struggled to find anything on the menu that didn’t involve my exchanging my dollars (and thus time) for cheap commodity crap, to include cheap commodity carbohydrates and CAFO meats. I eventually found some fish dish that was acceptable, served with broccoli.
Turning precious human lifespan into commodities is satanic. We trade our souls for a mess of pottage. I’m glad they’ve signaled with the rainbow flag so I know to avoid them.

That CEOette of theirs is the best propaganda piece I’ve yet seen for getting women out of the boardroom. She’s also useful for exposing what kind of morons possess MBAs, especially from Ivy league asylums.

i never was much impressed with Cracker Barrel. then they tried to cancel the Duck Dynasty boys for not being 150% approving of men screwing each other in the @$$ ( 2013 ) and i haven’t been back.

Ah, hadn’t heard about that, but not surprised.
I haven’t been to one in years. We don’t have any up here, only visited them when Stateside, but haven’t bothered in recent years on visits.

Now that you mention it I think I vaguely remember that. 2013 is probably about when I ate there last too.
