        Plants love warm temperatures and high CO2 levels. They should be thanking *us* for turning the planet into a giant greenhouse!

        A warming ocean means more evaporation, so more rainfall overall, though a few places might get drier. Polar ice caps would thicken while losing area around the edges. Farmers might have to migrate or switch to different crops, oh the horror!

    This is only shocking if you believe that the “Church of Sweden” is a Christian organization. Anyone who believes that probably shouldn’t be allowed to live as an independent adult, for their own safety and protection.

    When Obama assumed power in 2008, I thought any credibility he possessed from simply being black would soon evaporate. I thought that people couldn’t be so gullible as to give this person a free pass just because of his skin colour. Boy was I wrong. After 8 years there was still a significant chunk of people who dismissed any criticism of him as racist.
    Same with Greta.
    SHE’S A CHILD!!!
    I am sure she has little or no say in the scheme of things but it’s not healthy for a society to say this over and over again. Some individuals can be 30 or 40 or God knows how old and still be vulnerable to being used as pawns in power games by the likes of George Soros, but that doesn’t make them actual children.
    The problem is, both sides do it. Warmists obviously, but skeptics too, albeit going a different route. They complain that warmists shouldn’t be using A CHILD for their agenda. Some of this could be merely using the warmists’ weapon against them but much of it must be genuine IMHO.
    One can conclude that this insistence that Greta is only a child, rather than a near-adult, is the deeper irrationality in society. Many people see through the warmist bullshit but rather few see through the SHE’S JUST A CHILD bullshit.
