I like how you write Steiner, but your 6th paragraph might be a Taylor Swift copyright problem.
Thank you Will for bringing this Wolfe tweet to light. There must be an active X community with Wolfe, Metaxsis, and Webbon and Steve Deace that reaches the Kevin DeYoungs, Owen S, and other conservative PCA pastors, so that is good news. The softies are forced to at least see and consider non-leftie points of vie now.
Pre-twitter, those pastor’s chains were being yanked hardest by lefty media and lefty congregants. The only fight they got was from Rush, and so it was easy to dismiss one person who was an entertainer, not a pastor.

Back when KDY was a pastor (he lives and preaches more conservatively than people would guess), the conservatives in church were worried about protecting the pastor from nagging from people like me, but the liberals didn’t have the same reticence, and of course media doesn’t, so I saw how the pressure on popular conservatives is in a leftward direction.
