I’m thinking though less the Mark of the Beast and more like being forced to wear/display crosses like the German Jews had to wear stars—as a way of singling them out for social ostracism and harassment; and laws forbidding certain associations with Christians, &c. These things are already happening, but they aren’t widespread and official—yet.

An antisemite would say, serves you right for keeping kosher slaughter legal. It seems that Judeo-Christian cooperation in regard to religious freedom is very much a one-way street. Personally, ritual slaughter doesn’t bother me much, but WNs have the delusion that banning it would be the magic bullet against Jews and Muslims. As if they couldn’t simply fake conversion to Christianity.

It’s not hard to imagine it. When you see the way the Progs are able to run like a steamroller over the American culture—why not? They decided one morning that the Confederate flag needed to be banned and it was gone the next day.
I have no difficulty at all seeing outright pogroms carried out in the US. Look at anything from paedohysteria to anti-smoking campaigns—not to mention foreign wars— you can see that the Progs can invent enemies out of whole cloth with no trouble at all.
