Shouldn’t need ‘her permission’ for anything…

17 Aug

Found the following great cigar ad poster at Clash Daily:

pee-standing

A married man shouldn’t need ‘her permission’ for anything, of course…

Smoke ’em if you got ’em, boys – if that’s your thing. 🙂

@ RAG: I believe you, because I know a guy whose mother insisted he and his dad do so, and he got upset at me when I made fun of men whose girlfriends / wives made them do so…

    @ PB: Indeed.

At what point do they tell their wife to piss off (pun intended)? That point should be LONG before sitting down to pee.

I think you either establish that while you’re dating, or, if such things somehow never come up and you don’t choose to force the issue, then early on in the marriage.

Don’t ever set a precedent the other way, if you can help it. Or break it, if already set from before, as soon as possible.

One guy’s’s wife got called into “work”
One guy’s son had an “incident” @ football practice
One guy’s kid got “sick” & his wife couldn’t deal with it solo
Couple of guys kids were “unruly” & the chicks couldn’t deal

One guy bailed early because he had a 0430 work call but said so in advanced.

One guy got out of the field, texted his old lady, jumped on his bike and finished the ride as planed; 3 cigar bars, a cigar and a drink at each.

I don’t count as I am not working right now and all my girls are out of town.

Not good. Either they are pussies and not controlling the frame or they picked bad chicks to tie their future to. The guys who had their kitchen passes revoked were all blue collar Black dudes who generally like to front as if they run things.

I will never understand why a grown woman can’t deal with a 3-year-old without needing to get the hubby to deal with the child.

For Pete’s sake, what if a guy is out of town on business? Is she gonna threaten ‘just wait till your father gets home’ a week ahead of his return home?

    Modern young women are pathetic.

And yeah, lots of men like to pretend they’re the boss, but only till the woman yanks their string; then they’re ‘yes dear’ men…

    Lack of initation perhaps?
    http://no-maam.blogspot.ca/2012/05/rites-of-passage-boys-to-men.html

Boys who have not been torn from their mothers and initiated into manhood treat their wives as their mothers. No matter how macho those supposed blue-collar workers are they haven’t escaped the totalitarianism of their mother that male initiation allows.

That could be it, infowarrior1; we’ve kind of lost the notion of such rites of passage.

Another problem, are fathers whose jobs keep them away all the time; they don’t get to form strong bonds with their sons, who may end up with stronger bonds with their mothers, on whom they have a greater reliance.

They are pathetic Will but they can handle the three year old. What they cannot tolerate is their bitch having a good time with said good time revolving around her.

Look if it had been one or two guys who had stuff come up on the domestic front I’d chalk it up variances of life But when it happens in 5 out of 6 families…..

Also those 5 dudes thought it was normal, none looked chagrined and they obeyed immediately. AND this occurs among the bad boy biker/ blue collar black dude crowd….

As have all the others save the two that you saw go through right away, now that I’ve released the other five or so.

So, do what works – log in under that identity that will go through right away, and always go under that. 🙂

    @Will S.

As I was saying. Since Male initiation allows boys to break from being governed by the feminine and to develop into its Lord and protector. The initiation into manhood those blue-collar men did not receive. (As well as the legal inferiority of men which also should be rectified)

A true patriarchy could not be possible without it.

Henceforth in conclusion the church can supply 2 additional services. That of the initiation of boys into men by qualified older men who are not beholden to their wives or to the pedestalization of women. And that of the formation of Fraternities to ensure male space.

That would indeed be ideal, infowarrior1.

Alas, I don’t see it happening to any great extent, any time soon.

But it ought to, for sure.

Here’s a question: why do respectable men ‘need’ permission from their wives to smoke, while the same Bitches don’t mind if their bad-boy lovers smoke crack and steal from their purses to buy dope with?

    • Will S.

      August 19, 2014 at 7:46 am

@ Eric: Because at least those bad boys aren’t ASKING permission from the women they get with to do anything, which makes those women actually respect them – unlike today’s modern beta man who chooses to ASK his wife stuff.

      @ sfcton: No doubt.

Actually, I can think of an informal rite of passage that modern heathens go through: the tattoo. The tattoo functions for post-moderns as about the only rite of passage into adulthood that they will ever experience.

Here in the rural South we have all sorts of informal rites of passage. Reckon that is so in rural anywhere

Tattoos as a rite of passage…. big fan of tatts but it’s a lame rite of passage

    Tattoos

The informal rites of passage I went through as a kid
Getting my 1st rifle when I was 8
Mini bikes and dirt bikes when I was about 8 or so
Formal sports, making the various teams in football and wrestling
Learning to fight and winning my 1st real fight
Hunting and fishing on my own for the 1st time
Running the tractor on my own
Cleaning and butchering a variety of critters on my own
Hunting and fishing on my own off the farm
Various farm chores on my own

All.the military stuff was of the formal variety

Tattoos meant something when they were only done by people who’d been through something – military service, or prison, or for that matter both (POWs) and the like; they indeed then did MARK rites of passage / major life experiences that THEMSELVES marked the person who went through them, rather than being a rite of passage in themselves.

When bought at a tattoo parlour, and just abstract, for fun, or commemorating your loved one or your kids, etc., yawn.

Those things listed there are much better rites of passage.

    Will:
Maybe it’s because modern women think ‘all men are pigs’ so (to them) bad-boys are just acting naturally, while normal men are presumed to be hiding something. Hence they want us to ask permission, so they can keep an eye on us!
