@ Sanne: You’re welcome!
@ SIW: Ha! Like your handle, BTW. 🙂
@ Sean: Yes; maybe there’s a shortage of ‘fair trade’ cocoa right now. 😉

Out of interest, where was this photograph taken? I have a hard time believing its not satirical, but feminism is so insane nowadays I hesitate to classify it as such.
Thanks again Will.

Hey Mark, at a bakery in Australia; click on the image to go to a CBC piece about it.
You’re welcome. Cheers. 🙂

Will:
“maybe there’s a shortage of free-trade cocoa right now.”
Most of the world’s chocolate is produced in the part of Africa where the Ebola epidemic broke out.
I’m surprised though that the prog ‘fair trade’ crowd doesn’t rush over there and offer them all Obamacare.

Oh yes! That’s right! So chocolate’s gonna become more expensive.
Interesting; I know in the U.K., redheads get called ‘ginger’, but I hadn’t heard ‘gingerbread’…

Ha—when I was in school ‘gingerbread’ was a slang term for a red or blonde haired girl with dark complexion and dark eyes. I hate to see it go gender-neutral…

“noting that customers in the environmentally-friendly shop have expressed “enthusiastic admiration” for the genderless cookies.”
I am sure the clientèle this den of snack-based asininity attracts are exactly the kind of people I never want to meet, but somehow end up running into. The place sounds like a tourist trap for social justice tumblr-tards.

I think I know suburbs in Melbourne where the gingerbread men would be genderless, vegan and gluten free. (The first two are stupid: ginger and flour and baking soda and sugar a gingerbread mix makes: I would use butter to piss the vegans off as the fat though). They generally vote Green. Morons.
You would definately find them in the ur-SJW suburbs in NZ: Grey Lynn (Auckland) and Aro Valley (Wellington).
Thanks for the linkage, BTW.
