Another hair brain policy. I suspect the law is to prevent discrimination against ugly hair. The barn door is wide open on that front already.

Tattoos, body piercings and bearded ladies are everywhere and ugly.

The left specializes in promoting and protecting revulsion.

Unfortunately, the red state I live in isn’t much better. Lots of people here with tats, piercings, etc. Young women here doing the same thing young women do in blue states as well. The right still isn’t showing up for the fight.

        @Bwana Simba

Disappointing. But not too surprising. Pray for a revival. If not for God. This will continue.

What discrimination has existed far too long in Minnesota? And no, early life doesn’t explain it: Walz is Lutheran.

Though I guess the further you waltz from Rome, the more likely you are to drift into this kind of stuff… Dutchies and Ulstermen excepted.

Yeah it’s kind of a joke. They’re liberal as hell up there in Minnesota and Wisconsin. And I mean is the hypothetical Minnesota klansman really going to discriminate based on hair vs. just based on race. Well I was going to hire a black guy but, damn, that afro is just too much. It’s 100% scandi-faggy virtual signaling.

Catholic Charities of Minnesota and Wisconsin is just as obnoxiously liberal as Lutheran Social Services. Thanks for the refugees. While don’t you practice true charity and house them in YOUR houses and churches. Now we have that towel head, brother marrying congressthing.

The tweet seems to make it clear that it’s about blacks not about blue haired freaks. The governors statement makes that clear. Only scandicucks would pass nappy hair legislation. Blacks already have anti-discrimination protection via the civil rights act. Do they think some employer is going to say they didn’t hire Shaneequa because of her Afro?

oh by the way, “nappy” is a real word not a slur.

This is virutal signaling which is a speciality of the leftist personality (compensatory narcissism combined with low agreeableness and Machivellianism). Compensatory narcissism is the aping of narcissistic behaviors by people with low self esteem.

No more hair nets at restaurants, no ability to make the chilrens shave their lice infested dread locks at school.

I lived in the ghetto in Gainesville Florida when I was a wee lad. The chilrens don’t really get lice very much – it’s more of a grubby white kid thing. They told us it’s because the black kids used activator in their hair – no lice.

Maybe it was an urban myth IDK.

All those articles on how to get rid of lice from dreadlocks can’t just exist for no reason.

Ok – could have been an urban myth. They told us the lice couldn’t lay eggs on their hair – they wouldn’t stick. White folk myths about black people. Maybe it was a white anti-racist thing: “unlike us filthy whites blacks don’t get head lice.”

I like to examine those videos where a flanking maneuver or a fast wedge movement would have been appropriate. Not sure why part of their group stopped. Poor knightsmanship or cavalry skills

For the record, it’s actually quite true that lice is a very, very rare thing for black people. Kind of like sunburn, LOL. It’s just not a thing, but it isn’t some kind of mark of honor. It’s just a thing, the way white people don’t usually have sickle cell. It’s whatever.

To the post proper, this is also nonsense. Black women have not been discriminated against on hair grounds -if at all- in decades. That’s not to say there haven’t been isolated incidents. There are always exceptional cases of everything to pull out of one’s hat.

But the truth is that some hairstyles (regardless of who is wearing them) are unprofessional and a distraction. That goes for a black person dreads that stick up like Medusa’s serpentine mane, and it goes for a dude with a blue spiked mohawk, and a lesbian with fuchsia dyed ponytails and crazy tattoos.

But only the black person gets to come in to work looking crazy without being reprimanded for it?

Sadly, the man-hating false-bright-colour hair thing seems to be spreading, becoming more publicly acceptable in a variety of public settings…

There’s a young man at work who’s in security (not a security guard, program security). He has a (dark hair) mohawk and is fairly burly. From a distance I had him pegged as a masculine (in a modern way) dude, a roughian. Kinda like a famous powerlifter who has a mohawk. Then I had to talk to the guy. He talks like a complete f@g and wears black nail polish.

The younger generation has very high rates of insanity. Heaven help our children.
