There is no limit to stupid in government spending. However, EA makes a good point. Better to throw away a billion than pay out billions later.

The only way not to waste this stuff is to inject ALL OF IT into the people who tried to force into those of us with the human decency and common sense to avoid it. They knew it was dangerous when they tried to force it upon us, ao they need to be given a mega-taste of their own medicine – LITERALLY.
