Aren’t the monarchy traditionally allied with the people against the aristocracy?

      If they’re smart, they are.

      Others lose their heads.

Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, and Hungary should reunite as a Federation under the Habsburgs.

Yeah! That’s a kind of European union I can and do endorse! 🙂

Throw in Slovenia and maybe Croatia too.

Sure; just not Serbia or Montenegro, unless you want to have Catholic / Orthodox conflicts again… 😉

I’m at the point where conquest by a real Orthodox group, not just a political expression of Serbs, would be welcomed.

The further the Church drifts from Orthodoxy, the more Woke it becomes. Obviously the disease is strongest in Western Protestants against the Catholic Church, with only a few hardliners holding the line against Satan (Ian Paisley, Your hardcore Dutchies), but The Catholic Church has also surrendered to what Belloc called The Modern Heresy. From my understanding, so have the Greek Orthodox, at least the urban ones.

Yes, despite the name Catholic the Church used to accommodate a lot more “weird” things. Sometimes those weird things grow, like everyone’s favorite Saint, Francis of Assisi. It seems the Church has the same disease that has afflicted western politics: an increasing focus on centralization and monolithic structures. That’s going to fragilize and destroy it.

Hopefully Cardinal Arinze will be the black man of courage, like Dave Chapelle, who can fearlessly restore things.

I’ve long admired African pitbulls for orthodoxy like Arinze and Sarah, and their Anglican counterparts like Akinola.

Also not Bosnia and Hercegovina, for obvious reasons.

I’ve met several Slovenian women and they are strikingly beautiful.

        Indeed.

A half decade plus ago, travelling in French territory, met a cute Slovene gal in a bar, and tried to put moves on her, but was blocked by her Frenchman guy friend, an aspiring musician on whose couch she was sleeping while visiting (not a boyfriend, but like all guy friends, jealous and obviously intending to stop things from starting with other guys).

        Fun times.

She was odd, though; said she wanted to move next to Nunavut!

“I have the right to move to Nunavut. I shall wrap you in seal fur while we propagate the Nunavutian people.”

Seriously, Will, some lines write themselves.

As long as it’s an absolute and not a constitutional monarchy. We’ve seen how useless the latter is (I’m looking at YOU, Chuckie Windsor!).

The VERY first two things that any absolute monarch must do are:

    1. Expel ALL non-white foreigners from their country, and

    2. Wage a war of genocide against wokeness.

Regarding the OnePeter5 article, there is so much wrong with the author’s attitude on so many levels, I don’t know where to start. I’d have to ask – if the priest, after the sermon – held a seance on the “table” (i.e. altar) before restarting the novus ordo mess, would you still feel “obligated” to attend? There is no obligation to listen to heresy. Sometimes I don’t know how the minds of these so-called Traditional Catholics work.
