    After the previous mayor, I held out hope that the city would find someone grounded in reason. That didn’t work. You would think, that after Covid, kids would get a break.

        It seems to me that the new one is worse than the old one. I am having trouble seeing that as possible.

    One could take the position that Redmonton and its denizens have been so inexcusably naughty over the last year that they don’t deserve a Christmas celebration.

    One also wonders if God’s Son is so sick of people secularizing His birthday and trying to remove Him from it that He’s actually relieved when they choose to not celebrate it.
