If any feds were on the scene then the simplest explanation is they ordered the local police to stand down. You supposedly have both federal marshals and border patrol there. So there you go. Also if border patrol was there then the simplest explanation is the shooter was an illegal. And if you see a picture of the shooter where his face looks just like Michael Jackson then the simplest explanation is he was a tranny.

This just gets worse. There is no explanation for the one hour delay other than straight out and out cowardice. This is present day cop culture. Intimidate everyone while they have the upper hand and hide if there is any possibility they might get hurt. This is the assessment or a retired cop from Northern California who moved back to Texas.
Beto O’Rourke was thrown out of a press conference before he could mouth the platitudes about gun control. It doesn’t work and people have had enough.
Gov. Greg Abbott is furious with the Texas DPS because they fed him lies and he went public with them.
I don’t think this will be business as usual.
