That tells you how far Emanuel Macron has fallen, but the present day royals are good people.

Um, fuzzy, that’s ‘The Maple Leaf Forever’, not the French Royal Anthem, lol.
It’s Canada’s unofficial sort of anthem, like ‘America the Beautiful’.

I knew there was a reason that I was reluctant to link “Duc du Canada” videos. It is a completely fictitious title. I didn’t want to offend, but it was a good music video and it had the current Louis.

It actually is the correct song after the first few seconds of the previous song; just bad editing, lol.

Oops, my bad; I was just looking at the first few seconds of the video.
Bad editing! 🙂

I like it, but in this woke climate, anything that honors heritage citizens “ist verboten”. BOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Alas…
The CBC held a contest a few years ago to make it more ‘diverse’ and ‘inclusive’. Boo!
Even our unofficial anthem, they can’t leave alone…

They don’t realize that, given time, immigrants become heritage citizens.

Thing is, they don’t let that happen; multiculturalism is designed to prevent assimilation.

You are correct in that. It is designed to keep us all at each other’s throats. Not very productive.

Productive for them elites: divide and conquer!

I think that we have already figured out that the elites are crazy and bent on self destruction. The French aristocrats of the eighteenth century had more sense. “You buy them books. You send them to school. And, all they do is eat the pages.”

France and Scotland have always had a special relationship, i.e. both hating the English. 😉

The country does lie in between them. Seems like a natural outcome.
I did write to Nicola Sturgeon over something that I saw here that made me mad. I reminded her that there are only five million people left in Scotland and that she should have no problem which side my ancestor fought for in the Revolutionary War. She really made me mad. I guess that is why she never wrote me back . 🙂

Those French Royalists are mighty attractive. The Loire valley is thick with them.

Are they going to follow their previous church? I talk about prophesy often and the return of God’s king to France was one.

Almost certainly, ardent French monarchists are almost always also faithful Roman Catholics.
