    Watch the video:

Little Dindu failed 22 classes, was absent 272 times and his mother didn’t notice for 4 years… “It’s the school’s fault!”

“He’s a good kid. He didn’t deserve that. Where’s the mentors? Where is the help for him? I hate that this is happening to my child,”

Another case of white supremacists oppressing innocent minorities.

When I saw this earlier today I could hardly believe it. Her complete inability to accept responsibility or hold her son responsible is typical of people who think it’s the government’s job to make sure their kids are educated. I agree completely with this dude:

Everyone there failed: the kid, the school, and the mom.

      All sucked / suck.

      All losers.

One of my comments appears to have been filtered out. I wonder what triggered it.

“He dindu nuffin, he a good boy” is not about people who think that everything is the government’s job.

It’s usually about criminals, I know.

That’s exactly what it’s about when it comes to education failures, Hun.

This isn’t about excusing criminal behavior (unless I missed it). Large portions of the American public think education is the government’s job. And this is particularly true in the black community. I know what I’m talking about.

We’ve been homeschooling over a decade and extended family still ask the most banal, asinine questions that we’ve answered 100 times. They can’t believe we have the legal right to eschew the gov. curriculum.

Now, if Junior robs a store and the “he didn’t do nothin'” line is trotted out, I can concede your point. But this isn’t that.

Don’t let the city off the hook. I think students rank dead last in their priorities. It gets cold there in winter and hot in summer but kids in school get no heat or A/C because police need shiny new cars to drive every year. If we had stats for kids going to school in Auschwitz, I doubt they would be much better. Why do I have to keep bringing this up?

I understand where you’re coming from Fuzzie, and it’s not my intent to absolve the corrupt, inept, useless bureaucracy that is the Baltimore public schools system off the hook. But here’s the deal, and it’s always been thus.

At the end of the day, it is up to the parents to ensure that their kids are educated properly. And by the time a kid is a teenager, they need to be owning more and more their role in ensuring that they get what they need from their education. So the blame goes like this.

      1. The mom, for not properly training her son to do what he needs to do and for being oblivious to what was going on. She’s also stupid, because she admits he mostly made F’s but somehow still thought he was “passing”. Our oldest kids went through the government system. Every parent we were in relationship with was fully aware of the connection between passing grades, credits earned, and how that all worked. That this woman didn’t know that every F is a credit her son wasn’t earning? She’s a neglectful idiot.

      2. The kid. I honestly don’t even have the words for a kid who misses 272 days of school and thinks he is passing. See my remarks on number 1.

      3. The schools. They should be dismantled. Today.

I don’t know how to fix the inner cities, but it would seem to be the fault of culture more than anything.

Yes, I blame the city, too.

      I blame the city.

      I blame the schools.

      I blame the teachers.

      I blame the parents.

      I blame the students.

There’s more than enough blame to go around for everyone!

I am mad at the cities because they get money from us through taxes and they are dropping the ball, deliberately. It has become a self perpetuating system to support teachers and admins in their lifestyle.

    • Will S.

      March 4, 2021 at 7:15 pm

Yep. And like you have said, lots of tax dollars available for the latest model cop cars, etc.

But as Elspeth points out, the ghetto has a culture of dysfunction.

Parents who are incompetent; students who don’t give a crap and skip classes.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, is to blame.

      Top down to bottom.

I can see the mothers being blamed as useless, but they don’t know any better because they haven’t seen better. As for the kids, something terrible has gotten to them to kill their incentive.

By instinct, if they love their children, they ought to take more interest in their children’s education: even if not homeschooling, at least taking an interest, following what’s going on.

I saw this and just got so mad. Cops think that they are perfectly justified to do this in someone else’s home. And we keep giving them more money to do more of this. It’s not about race, it’s about stepping on people’s dignity. Maybe this is what killed inner cities?

    This was Raleigh, North Carolina.
Police states do not incentivize the population to excel.

But the decay of police is not a cause, but a symptom of civilizational decay; goes in hand with the decay of schools, etc.

        Will S.,
The police come into contact with everybody and everything and have the power to corrupt everything they touch. Feminism needs a police state to support female dominance and communism for the transfer of wealth from the productive to those who consume. It is all linked, but the police are the most visible part of it and they are all around us.

      • Will S.

        March 4, 2021 at 10:09 pm

I agree that it’s all linked, and that feminism requires a nanny / police state.

But I don’t think it starts with the cops; they just make it worse, really bad even. But the rot affects all.

Fucking Mensa material, for a Baltimoron.

They really shouldn’t even bother sending little Baltimorons to school at all. It’s a waste of their and teachers’ time and taxpayers money.
