Yeah, we got butter that doesn’t properly melt

Because dairy cattle here have been fed palm oil, and it’s affecting the properties of the butter…

        How many decades has this been going on? Ontario consumers have been overcharged compared to what dairy products would cost if brought in from America.

    I always thought that everything is fake in North America. Butter that isn’t butter (this has been going on for much longer than the article admits), pink slime instead of meat, “high-end” homes made from particle boards covered by faux marble… Why do people put up with that?

    The guns are real and good quality, so there is that.

    Yeah, ive been noticing this. Its also affecting the the flavour of the butter as well.

    There are better alternatives (at least in the USA). Kerrygold Irish butter and President French butter are usually easy to find in regular grocery stores.
