I always thought that everything is fake in North America. Butter that isn’t butter (this has been going on for much longer than the article admits), pink slime instead of meat, “high-end” homes made from particle boards covered by faux marble… Why do people put up with that?

There are better alternatives (at least in the USA). Kerrygold Irish butter and President French butter are usually easy to find in regular grocery stores.
