    One of Tucker’s best!

Unfortunately, he’s making the unfounded (or at least UNPROVEN) assumption that Trump really does have our best interests at heart. The truth is that we have no way of really knowing whose side he’s on or what his real agenda is. To say that he has been “less than zealous” in fighting to accomplish his campaign promises is the understatement of the millennium. That alone should give us pause, to say nothing of the things he’s done to deliberately stab his base in the back (e.g., endorsing MORE H1-B visas, not fewer).

I think too many libertarians and alt-righters are in denial about the possibility of Trump being just another Globalist puppet. The implications of that are too horrible for them to contemplate.

I’d like to think his failure to accomplish his promises is a combo of incompetence and being stymied by others, including have the Deep State at war against him from before Day One. He seems like a heart-on-his-sleeve kind of guy; when he brags about himself, he really means it. I don’t think he’s capable of intentional deception, even though he’s used-car-salesman in his approach to the truth, that’s just businessman-speak, surely.

Pretty sure he’s not a globalist puppet, else he wouldn’t have gotten such opposition from the Deep State, his own party, etc. They never opposed any of his precessors like they have him, after all… It seems too much to be all an act…

I most certainly hope you’re right. I really, truly do!

It is not so much what Donald Trump is, but what he is not. He is not Hillary Clinton, nor is he Joe Biden. That does make the choice a little easier.
