You, madam ‘preacher’, are no lady

26 Apr

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

― 1 Timothy 2:12

I told him I had been that morning at a meeting of the people called Quakers, where I had heard a woman preach. Johnson: “Sir, a woman’s preaching is like a dog’s walking on his hind legs. It is not done well; but you are surprised to find it done at all.”

― James Boswell, The Life of Samuel Johnson

Look at all that prime quality poon going to waste. Would totally go Boko Haram on those girls, and with their new husbands, they would soon forget that feminism ever existed. That priestess is getting a bit long in the tooth, so we’ll marry her to our janitor.

Women should not be priests, and if your church has female clergy, leave it.

Thankfully, I have never had to deal with female Christian clergy. Once, I did have a talk with a female Rabbi. I think that would explode the head of those who are orthodox. Anyway, she had no idea that the Ark of the Covenant was physically dangerous.

To get serious about it, the University of Ohio built a replica and found out very quickly that it could store one heck of an electrical charge. Hebrew priests who handled it had to take special precautions then. King David watched a bystander die who tried to prevent it from falling. The University eventually destroyed the replica.
