I don’t recall these “men” ever becoming:
    1. Construction workers
    2. Garbage collectors
    3. Roofers
    4. Linemen

wierd huh…usually they become people who like to sit on their ass and tell other people what to do.

And do it while someone else takes care of them, like the crazy bint from Oregon who became the first “man” to give birth.

They also never become welders, oilfield workers, plumbers, heavy equipment operators…

      Funny how that goes, indeed…

Oh and thanks for the link to The Last Ditch. Their linked article to the Godzilla reframe had me laughing till my side hurt.

        That was solid gold.

A few have tried to become commercial fishermen, usually with disastrous results.

Commercial fisherwomen? Yeah, not a good idea. Best stay at the packing plant…

In previous years the occassional high school girl would try out for the wrestling team or football team. I think there was a young woman years back who was on a college(?) football team as a kicker… It made the news at the time but small story and you wouldn’t know the name.

I try to look it up. Drat! There was another case just this week filling up search results. Who needs sportsball anyways.

Yeah, I don’t care about sportsball, myself.

    Of course not; they’d lose.

More significantly, the chances are overwhelming that they’d get seriously injured or killed, depending on the sport.

      Quite possibly, indeed.
