U.S. Army lifts ban on waivers for recruits with history of some mental health issues

14 Nov

WASHINGTON – People with a history of “self-mutilation,” bipolar disorder, depression and drug and alcohol abuse can now seek waivers to join the Army under an unannounced policy enacted in August, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.

The decision to open Army recruiting to those with mental health conditions comes as the service faces the challenging goal of recruiting 80,000 new soldiers through September 2018. To meet last year’s goal of 69,000, the Army accepted more recruits who fared poorly on aptitude tests, increased the number of waivers granted for marijuana use and offered hundreds of millions of dollars in bonuses.

Incredible. But ever since California lifted the felony charge on knowingly exposing others to HIV, I suppose nothing that happens in America should shock, any more…

Lets see them defend their empire with crustpunks, trannies, mexican gangbangers and women.

Believe me, they’re going to do their damnedest to try.

Have I mentioned lately how glad I am that I retired from that organization nearly 20 years ago, before things got truly bizarre and intolerable? I cannot, for the life of me, imagine ANY self-respecting MAN enlisting or remaining on active duty.

    It’s ok.
It’s all over but the mass graves.

They’ll have to have New-Orleans-style above-ground crypts at Arlington! 😉

In looking at this again, I’m led to wonder:

What would those soldiers killed in battle one hundred years ago think, and how would they react, if they knew that they would be dying to defend sodomy, blasphemy, misandry, feminism, globalism and every other modern perversion that is the 20th Century Western world? Would there perhaps have occurred the greatest mutiny in military history?

Personally, I like this move. It signals that the military is selecting soldiers less for ‘love of country,’ and more for a willingness to follow orders out of the desperation of being a pariah.

If the British could turn criminal riff-raff into redcoats, I don’t see how it’s not at least worth a shot for the US to do the same.

Who knows, the military might even become capable of operating as a political force. Maybe they’ll be able to intervene in domestic conflicts after all.

True, it’s the slipping of the mask.
