If it’s considered alright to expose others to HIV, why is it wrong to expose others to tobacco smoke?

As you may have heard, in California, knowingly exposing others to HIV is no longer a felony:

Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill Friday that lowers from a felony to a misdemeanor the crime of knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV without disclosing the infection.

The measure also applies to those who give blood without telling the blood bank that they are HIV-positive.

Modern medicine allows those with HIV to live longer lives and nearly eliminates the possibility of transmission, according to state Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) and Assemblyman Todd Gloria (D-San Diego), authors of the bill.

“Today California took a major step toward treating HIV as a public health issue, instead of treating people living with HIV as criminals,” Wiener said in a statement. “HIV should be treated like all other serious infectious diseases, and that’s what SB 239 does.”

So, if HIV is to be treated as a health issue, and as less of a big deal than it has been treated in the past, why is knowingly exposing others to tobacco smoke, such a big deal to progs, more than it ever was in the past?

I suppose it’s because their class don’t smoke, but do engage in HIV-risky practices, and won’t quit…

I remember Andrew Dice Clay riffing, back in the day, on San Francisco’s absurd hedonism on the one hand and Stalinism on the other:

All over the country, stop cigarettes, stop fuckin’ cigarettes. Up in San Francisco, the fag capitol of California, they passed a bill, you can’t even smoke in the street. They say it offends people. But it’s okay if you wanna butt-slam your buddy while waiting for the bus? You smack him in the face with your dick five or six times? Oh, this isn’t offensive. You can smoke a baloney pony, but not a fuckin’ Marlboro?

Because tobacco smoke does not destroy the family, Christian values, standards and the stability of the West.

But unabashed homosexuality and no rights for people to protect themselves from its consequences sure will.

That’s the reality. Nothing must attack the anti-White, anti-family agenda.

Not sure what Rohm has to do with anything…

He fell out of favour, and was executed, but Hermann Göring remained tight with Hitler…
