Everyone who claims that only one side deserved condemnation at Charlottesville…

20 Aug

… is on the side of SJWs who hate Christianity and white people, like the tweeter highlighted in this conservative tweeter’s post:

If you are Christian, you ought to oppose unrighteous violence, period, and recognize when there’s blame to go around on more than one side. (Self-defence may be righteous violence, as may be a just war, etc.)

Seems those whom the gods wish to destroy they first drive Mad(s).

“Let’s not pretend white supremacy the abolition of slavery and conservative, fundamentalist (and even evangelical) Christianity don’t go hand in hand.”

Exactly! You fixed that perfectly. 🙂

This is just it: progs have memory-holed Christianity’s role in liberating slaves, because it galls them to acknowledge such. They don’t mind acknowledging MLK’s faith, because he was black and left. But white man is evil, responsible for slavery, even though white men ended slavery – which still exists on this planet outside of the West, in places where whites do not rule.

Thing is, King, by his own admission, had no faith. On more than one occasion he admitted to members of his inner crcle that he had abandoned faith in Christ as a teenager, apparently having come to believe that Christianity was a “doormat religion” and not doctrinally activist enough. The only reason he chose to become a “Christian” clergyman was because the church, in his mind, provided the best platform from which to launch Social Justice Warfare. Given what has become known about King in the decades since his death (i.e., that he was a lecherous serial adulterer, a Marxist, a plagiarist, and an all-around pseudo-Christian con artist), this revelation shouldn’t shock anyone who has been paying attention. Indeed, the inherently fraudulent nature of King’s “Christianity” is exactly why it’s so beloved by the SJW set and why King gets the free pass from them that he does.

Ah. I thought he was just a hypocrite, carrying on adulterous affairs, and embracing Marxist doctrines, but I didn’t realize he had gone completely apostate. Explains much.
