If Molly Gets Weekend Jail, So Should Jared; And if Jared gets Real Prison, So Should Molly

It’s a sickening truth that in America when women have sex with boys they are treated very differently than men who have sex with boys or girls.  Both are equally immoral, but women are given a pass in comparison to what men receive.  And it’s UNJUST.

The ex-Baltimore Ravens cheerleader who pleaded guilty to having sex with an underage boy she met on social media was sentenced Friday to 48 weekends in jail. Molly Shattuck, 48, appeared to sob as a Delaware judge ordered that she serve every other weekend in jail for two years. The judge also ordered that Shattuck pay the victim’s family $10,650 and register as a sex offender, according to NBC affiliate WBAL. “I will spend the rest of my life making this right,” she said.  The family of the 15-year-old victim told the judge that Shattuck’s actions have been “devastating” for their son, the station…

And as usual, the shrieks for equality from the feminist harpies are nowhere to be heard. When crap like this is brought up to this surface, you suddenly get a “well men are different” answer. The notion of Equality is really just a women having no consequences, no responsibilities and all the benefits just for having a vagina.

I see this as equal injustice. Most 15 y/o guys would be happy to have been the ‘victim’ here. What this woman did may have been immoral, but it’s not ‘paedophilia’ and certainly shouldn’t be a criminal offense.

The problem in our culture is not a ‘double standard’, it’s Paedohysteria. Teenagers are not children, they are not ‘victims’ of sex—and attraction to them is normal, not predatory or perverted. If it were, 3/4 of our ancestors would have been considered rapists—which they are by the femihags, who push for these types of laws criminalizing sexuality.

You do have a point there. As I understand it, pedophilia is a sexual attraction to prepubescent girls…. prepubescent being the key word here. Since most girls hit puberty before 14, then technically, a guy attracted to a 15 year old who is well beyond puberty cannot be a pedophile. There was a documentary about that, “Are All Men Pedophiles”, which addressed this. Interesting documentary with some ehhh production values. What bothers me though is the double-standard. Older man + younger women = pedophile, but young man + older woman = free woman. Feminists can scream till they are blue in the face, but they want nothing to do with equality.

I was in a discussion of sorts about this recently, here.

That was a great link. One other blog that I regularly follow—published in the UK

Is one of the few who’s written extensively on the AOC as a fundamental men’s rights issue. Most of the MRM simply doesn’t get it, or is afraid to talk about it—but in reality, the high AOC laws and sexual social shaming of older men and younger women has been a MAJOR cause of the sexual scarcity in the West, especially the Anglosphere.

    Prince LaQroix:
I don’t like the double standard either, but a better way to solve it would be to decriminalize sex so that both genders enjoy the same amount of freedom rather than equal punishment what may very dubiously be considered criminal.

yeah good link.Your comment pretty much echoes my own thoughts. If girls these days are trying to look older to the point where a guy can make the honest mistake of thinking she’s older, how is that pedophilia. Girls these days are getting older faster when it comes to looks and is it really my fault that I find some 15 year old attrative because she looked like a fully developed woman?

Good point, But you’d still need a cut-off point where we say, “Alright, that is young enough, any further and you run the risk of pedophilia”. Legally speaking, this might be a bit tricky because legislating a law like “no sex or anything inappropriate with prepubescent girls” doesn’t have a fine line that an age cut-off point would. There is no fine line distinguishing prepubescent girls from fully developed ones. Not to mention that all girls develop at different rates. As I understand it, some might be fully developed by 13 while others bloom later. Courts in the US, as far as I know, prefer fine lines. Then again, maybe that’s one thing criminal trials should focus on. Did the girl hit puberty or not. If not, then there is no pedophilia involved. Sounds better than some arbitrary age limit. I’m just glad I’m not legislating laws.

As far as I know, the Romans were the first culture to have AOC laws; which were 12 for girls and 15 for boys—although the Romans were much stricter about enforcing it for girls. That was basically the law in Europe all the way up to the 19th Century when Femihags and Marxists began agitating to raise it.

I’d pick the median age of sexual reproducibility for each sex – let scientists tell us when the average age is that a male is able to ejaculate semen containing enough sperm to be able to impregnate a woman, and when the average age is that a female is dropping eggs and having a body able to carry an unborn child to full term, then let those be the ages of consent for males and females, and let us keep laws against forcing anyone unmarried into intercourse against their will, and abuse of position of authority, so we can punish actual sexual predators like evil coaches, teachers, etc. Otherwise, let parents be responsible for their children, till they leave home.

I think part of the reason is because of the prussian school system that ensues young adults stay infantile.

As well as recent historical developments that extended childhood beyond the historical norm:

Making them unsuitable for the adult responsibilies of marriage.

As far as I know, we’ve had seduction laws prohibiting fornication with minors for a long time. That is of course a separate issue from minimum marriage age. (My understanding is that in medieval Europe, the minimum age for marriage would have been lower (14/12) than the age at which seduction did not apply (majority?)

We have similar laws in Canada; IIRC, an 18-year-old can have relations with a 14-year-old, but nobody older can.
