Minnesota Plans To Eliminate Gender Distinctions For High School Sports (sort of)

01 Dec

That is, they’ll let ‘trans’ students play on either boys or girls teams. (If they were truly eliminating gender distinctions, they’d have completely sexually mixed teams, but thus far, nobody is proposing that. I guess that’s still too radical a step for even progs, thus far… I guess we should be thankful for small mercies, eh?)

It’s an awful idea, as Stella Morabito points out, for multiple reasons, not the least of which would be allowing trans to use whichever changeroom they want, and shower with members of whichever sex they claim to be…

All the more reason for parents who oppose this, to withdraw their children from public education, and homeschool them / private school them / church school them.

I’m so glad I don’t have any school-age children. I’m even happier that my middle daughter, who is expecting my first grandchild, has no intention of sending him/her to school.

I’m glad she’s making a smart choice. Even if it takes much sacrifice, I think it’s worth it.

Either this, or they mix up the teams.

My son, who plays HS football, has a girl on his team. In *football*. Needless to say, she doesn’t play, but she does suit up and travel with the team. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it, but there it is.

The idea of mixed teams offends me less than the idea of having to put up with trannies specifically on either a boys team or a girls team, except you still have the situation of which changerooms and showers do trans use, etc.

If I were a father, I sure as hell wouldn’t want any daughter of mine to have a guy pretending to be a girl showering beside her, nor would I want any son of mine having a gal pretending to be a guy showering beside him, either.

It is my sincerest hope that as trans activists get more aggressive and pushy, esp. with regards students in schools, changeroom and shower use issues, etc., that more and more parents will see the light, realize the evil of modern public education, and withdraw from the system.

Alas, most people are idiots, and will likely just go along with it.

Frankly, though, they should make your son’s female teammate play, and if she gets a few bones cracked, hey, that’s ‘equality’; shit happens, suck it up, sister.

I have often found the reason many cultures developed an enforced segregation of the sexes in various institutions where it wasn’t obvious they should be separated (as in some non-contact sports), was to contribute to an overall mystification of the opposite sex. Before pornography, the delights of women to men were a tantalizing thing just out of reach before the ‘coming of age’, and the same vice versa.

Obviously in the obscene pornographic age, this means little, and so with the underlying reason removed, along with the help of various profane activists, the barriers are being broken down. However, an ideal Reactionary society would return to this traditional norm, eliminating pornography and once again shrouding the sexes in their own erotic mystery, which in the end serves to heighten the sacred nature of covenant-bound sexual relations and toughens them against the social degradation of value that has proved so devastating in the world we see today.

Interesting. I’ve always presumed, as far as athletics goes, the reason for sexual segregation stemmed mainly from overall, average differences in ability between the sexes. But perhaps what you mention has also been a factor.

Indeed, it would be great to return to the previous element of mystery shrouding the opposite sex, with one exception: it would be great if, when adolescent males enquire to fathers, grandfathers, uncles, etc. about the opposite sex, if they can learn ‘Red Pill’ truths about female sexuality, rather than Victorian-era-onwards misunderstandings about female nature… I’m sure that in the further past, men told other men truths that could only be shared on such a private basis, because even in ages past, certain fundamental truths could not be voiced aloud in public; that being necessary to help preserve the element of mystery. But surely, before women came to be seen as morally superior, there was a time when older generations of men passed down such knowledge carefully to younger ones.

And if not, it ought have been so. And ought to be so, again, when the reaction comes.

The Lt. Governor of Minnesota was once the head of Planned Parenthood. The progs want to wipe out gender polarity at as early an age as possible.

The whole state is completely Libtarded.

Will S: Absolutely, it is a very ancient Tradition critical in fact to ‘Patronomy’, the law of the father, that he pass down his wisdom, including his wisdom on the female species, to his son, and on and on and on. By establishing himself as a link in this chain of wisdom passed down through the ages and refined by time, he clothes himself fully in the aura garments of the Patriarch, which cannot be completed on sheer authority alone, it must be reinforced by a respect in the son for the wisdom of the male lineage.

The Patriarchal spirit has to be recognized not only by the wife and daughters, but the sons as well.

Important to note here as well: this generational wisdom concerning the handling of the opposite sex is the Traditional counterpart to the profane Modern concept of ‘sex education’, which is handled wholecloth by the state, and is an authority even legitimate sovereign governments never trifled with in ages past.

    @ Eric: Ah.

    Figures.

Almost makes one nostalgic for Gov. Jesse Ventura. Yet he was a social liberal, too, alas…

@ Mark: Hmmm, yes; makes sense.

Minnesota has a big dairy industry, and the femihags are after them now:

So, let’s see…they’re worried about men looking at pictures of beautiful girls in milk ads, but NOT worried about boys and girls looking at fags in the locker room?

    Hmmm….

That’s standard leftist operating procedure, of course.

Redefine the normal as deviant, and the deviant as normal.

The Cultural Marxists truly are evil, targeting children and young adults with this nonsense at ages when they’re already confused and flooded with hormones. Things like this are probably why tumblir is full of tatted up 19 year olds who don’t know which of the 736 new genders or 472 new sexual orientations they fall under. And why they invent new pronouns like phe , phi, pho, and phum, and made up pejorative terms like cis-gender, to tar us normals with.

I’m not sure if I’m living in an Orwell novel or a Huxley novel, but this stopped being reality a while ago. Now I’ll go back to watching a movie in which female MMA fighter Gina Carano rescues her husband by beating up a bunch of men. Seriously.

I’m all for integrated sports including mixing men and women. No prize money should be given to anyone based on gender so only top finishers in each activity would get paid. Only men would dominate golf, tennis, track, all physical sports, etc. Somehow, I don’t think women would like this ‘real equality’.

Of course they wouldn’t; they always want to have their cake and eat it…
