Decorated pilot faces discharge for telling lesbians to stop breaking Army rules

17 Nov

It is quite clear now that the American military would rather have lesbians and atheists / humanists than Christians, in its ranks.

Fine. Let those folks die for the Empire, instead.

From the Washington Times.

The Army is moving to discharge a decorated combat pilot who intervened to stop two lesbian officers from showing what he considered inappropriate affection on the dance floor during a full-dress formal ball at Fort Drum, New York, in 2012.

Lt. Col. Christopher Downey, who was once assigned to the White House and completed tours in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, ended up being convicted administratively of assaulting a soldier trying to videotape the kissing and grabbing. Col. Downey’s attorney, Richard Thompson, says his client merely pushed down the camera to prevent photos and video that could end up on social media.

Mr. Thompson said Col. Downey’s commanding officer also convicted him of violating the directive that ended the ban on gays openly serving in the military.

“It’s political correctness run wild,” Mr. Thompson said. “Military rules do not apply to lesbian officers because…

I think you will discover, as the proportion of homos and other weirdos in the military grows, my enthusiasm for deadly overseas adventures increases. If the trash walks itself to the curb (UK: kerb) for pickup, it’s a win!

Like I said, let THEM die for the Empire.

    i.e. not us. 🙂

I am wondering how long it is until the U.S. suffers a stunning defeat. Superior technology can only do so much to make up for a top down dismantling of unit cohesion.

    A good question.

I’ve been following stories in the news about the Russian and Chinese militaries, and if Obama keeps pushing those countries the ‘Rainbow Pride Military’ is in for a serious reality check.

I would argue that such a moment already occurred over 40 years ago in a place called Vietnam. Call it “Stunning Defeat Number 1” (the schoolyard bully gets his ass handed to him by the little runt on the playground; being both prideful and not being very bright, like most bullies, he went on to get his ass kicked by several other little runts over the next few decades). “Stunning Defeat Number 2” will occur after the bully takes complete leave of his senses and picks on even bigger bullies, with predictably disastrous (for him) results.

Very much agree with the first poster. I believe I read an article recently that reported on naval forces stationed in Japan engaging in a drag show. I am sure ISIS is quaking. Any reactionary would be INSANE to encourage their child to join the military and fight on behalf of a government squarely opposed to the traditional ideal, whoever they may be fighting.

Better time spent training them in weapons usage at home, for obvious ends.

    Mark & Will:
Although the US media didn’t report the actual reason, some US sailors in Turkey got beaten up for similar behavior.

The progs are so full of their own hubris and supposed moral superiority that they can’t imagine actually being defeated. They’re used to walking over the sheep-like Ameroboob at home and imposing their will on weaker countries abroad. If we come up against China or Russia, or anybody else with the means of fighting back, these prog bully-boys are going to get soundly whipped.

Must be disheartening, to see how quickly he’s been thrown under the bus over this.

Vietnam was a moral defeat more so than a military defeat. We lost in Vietnam because we lost nation cohesion, not unit cohesion. A nation that has a culture as far left as the United States’ cannot sustain longterm colonial wars.

Perhaps my idea should be better worded as, “At what level of unit incohesion will the US military face a catastrophic battlefield rout and massacre?”

I believe we are rapidly approaching that point. We may even see it happen before 2020. That military would even consider discharging a decorated pilot over a matter of political correctness… disgusting.
