Australia’s Today Show host wore the same suit for a year, and no one noticed, so he thinks that’s proof of sexism

First World Problems…

Stefanovic says that he’s been conducting a long-term experiment on the audience by wearing the same suit every day for more than a year. The reason? To point out the sexism his female co-hosts regularly endure because of what they wear.

Stefanovic says that he wore the same blue suit, which Fairfax described as a “cheap Burberry knock-off,” for a year. His wardrobe differentiated day by day with only a new tie once in a while. He says that he has received no criticism and it seems that no one realized his sparse wardrobe.

“No one has noticed. No one gives a shit,” says Stefanovic. “But women, they wear the wrong colour and they get pulled up. They say the wrong thing and there’s thousands of tweets written about them.”

And who do you think write most of those tweets?

Yeah, right.

It’s women who police other women, tell them ‘no wearing white after Labour Day!’, etc. Straight men couldn’t care less.

As Van Morrison sang, “All the girls walk by, dressed up for each other…” So it always is…

Note that several commenters on the piece noted likewise.

And, if no one noticed him, that includes women, who didn’t give a shit about his doing so, either.

But progs will be progs…

Pffft. Marshall Dillon wore the same tan buckskin vest and salmon colored shirt for 9 seasons on Gunsmoke.

And no woman cared, nor did any man. 🙂

Not only that, Batman and Superman have been wearing the same outfits since the 1940s. LOL

Do you realize that the same femihags who complain about nobody noticing the same outfit would fly into a ‘sexist’ tirade if any man had complimented her: ‘I like that outfit, it really looks good on you.’

Please, gentlemen, take notice that it was a MAN complaining of sexist treatment of women. Anglo-feminism wouldn’t exist without men like him.

Oh we are not extricating manginas for bowing down at the altar of women. We hold both Men and Women responsible. So I hope you are not denying the role of women in this.

Infowarrior, no, of course not! But women by themselves never change the course of history.
