How Does D.G. Hart Observe The Lord’s Day?

09 Sep

Sounds like a good way to spend the Sabbath, indeed. 🙂

“I try to make the Lord’s Day as different from other days as possible. Morning and evening worship. Rest, no work on stuff for which I get paid. And meals that are different than other days. Different route for the walk. Better cigar.

You asked.”

The progs have the perfect enemy in Westboro Baptist, as they get to smear us trads as being like them. I’d swear that them WBCers are deep liberal moles, except for the fact that I think they (a) really believe that only their congregation is saved, and (b) if anything, they seem to be shakedown artists who thrive on lawsuits after provoking people and getting assaulted at funerals, etc.

Westboro Baptist is a false flag operation.

They’re a bunch of lawyers trolling for a jackpot.

They really know all the “trigger points” for the left. I can’t believe a bunch of leftists haven’t clobbered them. That’s why either 1) leftists are more cowardly than I imagined or 2) they’re a deep left op.

    Peter Blood:
I don’t think they’re a false-flag: I think they’re genuine kooks whom the media and progs have elevated to national exposure to use them as a foil. I read somewhere that this is a new tactic among false-flaggers: they find some genuine nutcase and incite them to discredit various causes they don’t like.

They are probably going to call all traditionalist religion cults from now on. From which victimized women are to be rescued to be deprogrammed. Or they will apply the Waco siege treatment.

I’m inclined to the same POV as Eric, that they’re the real deal – but like Peter, I also recognize that they’ve been shrewd money-makers as shakedown artists…

Which allows them to self-fund, and keep doing what they do – which allows them to be the perfect foil for progs.
