Note, to anyone who bothers to read this first comment almost a day after posting: this may be the last FKB for a while, as life in the remaining months of 2013 may keep me too busy to do FKBs even fortnightly, as I have been this summer. I may do other smaller linkfests more often, instead. We’ll see. I’ll still be Tweeting, though – check out my Twitter feed, fellow Twits – and for lots of linklove, why not visit Matt Forney’s new linkblog: It’s like ‘In Bona Fide’, reborn! 🙂

Kinda wondering why you linked to Matthew’s post on intentional mistranslation in Genesis. Nothing is really amiss there. The Hebrew word ‘adam can mean Adam the specific individual, a man, or the whole of mankind. There is nothing suspicious there at all.

Just thought it was an interesting post; linkage doesn’t necessarily imply endorsement, always. Admittedly, my knowledge of Hebrew is very limited, you likely know far more than I.

And also an interesting back and forth there, which is also something that may influence what I find interesting, and link to.
