What is a reactionary; what is a neo-reactionary; how do neo-reactionaries differ from other reactionaries; how do we self-identify in relation to such terms; how, then, shall we live?
Such first-principles types of questions, and other related ones, seem to be popular topics of discussion these days in the reactosphere; e.g. see here, here, and here.
I don’t have anything particular to add, at the moment; I just find these sorts of discussions interesting, and I’m glad they’re happening, as I think we who are reactionary in our tendencies / beliefs / actions should indeed engage in such introspection; it’s always good to step back and look at ourselves, and not just focus on what we oppose, but what we’re for, how we’re for it, why we’re for it, etc. And I thought I’d call attention to these blogs, as well as a couple other reactionary blogs of potential interest: this one and this one, for the benefit of those who haven’t been aware of them.

Great post, I’ve had a short lapse in reading in the reactionsphere and seem to have missed its explosion is size. The posts you linked are some of the most interesting I’ve read online in a while. Thanks.
